Massachusetts Department of Education

The working partnership between BSC CityLab and the Massachusetts Department of Education became established when BSC CityLab first became a satellite of the Boston University School of Medicine's CityLab.

At CityLab, students are challenged to solve problems by applying the same techniques and concepts of genetics and molecular & cellular biology used in modern biotechnology laboratories today.  

Our modules conform to the National Science Education Standards, the Benchmarks for Science Literacy, and the Massachusetts Science and Technology Curriculum Framework.
