This is my schedule for the Fall 2011 semester. I live near campus, and am both able and willing to meet with students at additional times by prior arrangement. Do not expect to find me at random times during the week - please use this schedule! If you are looking for the final exam schedule, please check announcements in your individual class or visit the final exam schedule page. 

I don't feel so good . . . If I need to take a sick day, I will contact students through a Moodle announcement and email, in addition to calling the university. You can check online or call the faculty absence line at 531-1391.

Please do not try to catch me during short breaks between classes,
but I welcome talking with you at other times.

OFFICE HOURS

This semester, I plan to be in my office between 2:00 and 3:00 on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, as noted above. Please do not make a special trip to campus to see me, however, unless you confirm ahead of time. Please do not try to catch me in the short breaks before or after class.

Please make an appointment for any lengthy discussions, so that I can give you undivided attention. I try to return all phone calls and emails within a day or so. If you send email, make sure it has an appropriate subject line (such as "GEOG 171: question about the quiz" rather than "hey"). Feel free to call either my home or office -- I have machines on both phones, in case I cannot pick up your call.
