WOMEN'S & GENDER HISTORY

From the American Revolution to the modern feminist movement, women of all ages, races, classes, religions, and ethnicities have campaigned to achieve full equality and freedom in American life. Exploring the history of these campaigns as well as using gender as a category of analysis, this module introduces teachers and students to the wealth of ideas, resources, and approaches to integrating women's history into the broad narrative of American history.
