What does it mean to say that the Constitution is a “living document?” Should it be?  Is it?  Take a close look at the political and judicial system, particularly the US Supreme Court, to analyze just how it has been understood and interpreted from its ratification to the present. Explore the ways we made the Constitution come alive for our students, communities, and schools, particularly through dynamic civic engagement projects.
