In response to a severe need: an intervention program for elementary aged students
Program began as one classroom in September 1997 at Golden West Elementary, serving students aged 5-7 (grades k-2), a second classroom was added in September 1998 serving grades k-2. In September 1999 two more classrooms (grades 3-5 and grades 3-6) were added. In September 2000 another grades 3-5 and another k-2 at a second site, Great Valley Elementary. Currently six classrooms within Manteca Unified with a capacity for 60 students.
