Thomas CARTER (son of Thomas CARTER and Eleanor COOKE (TOOKE?)) was born in 1652 in Isle of Wight, Virginia. He died in 1710 in Isle of Wight, Virginia. Magdalene MOORE and Thomas CARTER had the following children:
