Assignment:
Write a domain document explaining state sales tax collections to a new member of the group. Assume that the new group member speaks English fluently, but comes from abroad so he/she doesn't know our sales tax system. Assume that the group is building a US based e-commerce system. Include Massachusetts and New York as exemplar states.

Grading will weight content accuracy and writing quality equally.
