Write a technical report using the section outline we went over in class. The technical report should have comp199 students who are about 2 weeks into the class as its target audience.

The technical report should be about 4-5 pages including section headings and any diagrams, but excluding the references page at the end. Any references should be in the end references section and with intext citations in either IEEE or APA format.

The technical report should be in formal English.
