Something else fun: Country Technology

I was using the Internet for several years before the Web came along, and I have been using the web since ancient times -- in the early 1990s. I remember the excitement of the first browser and the first search engine - the web actually functioned for a couple of years without either one!

Since then, I have used the Web in a variety of ways, and have spent a lot of time thinking and reading about what the web is, how it can be used, and what its limitations and dangers might be. This part of my web site is devoted to the Web itself. It is a collection of resources on the web about the web, from tools for the beginner to more advanced readings for experienced users and resources for professional educators interested in the pedagogical uses of the web.

Basic Internet Resources
