I too was at a loss for words when I heard the sad
news of Dr. Miller's passing.
I will always remember his love for humor (two
costumes that come to mind are the "udderly funny" cow and his take
on road kill!) his love for his college community and students and most of all
his love for geography that somehow shined through in everything he did.
He will be terribly missed by all whose lives he
touched.
