This conference is designed to bring together K-12 educators, the biotechnology industry, health professionals, higher education professionals, parents and students and the interested general public to focus on biotechnology and health issues of general and mutual concern to the region.

The conference will start at 3:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM. It is designed so that some participants can come early and other participants can arrive and stay later. Dinner will be provided.

K-12 educators can attend for professional development and will those that meet the DOE guidelines will receive "Certificates of Participation" which can be applied toward PDPs.

Qualified, interested individuals are invited to submit paper/workshop proposals.

Informational booths for qualified organizations are also available.
