Interviewing
Unless you are independently wealthy or have family connections to your ideal job, you will spend some time Interviewing for a job. You may also want to do some informational interviews to learn more about a particular job before you apply for it.

When you want to do an internship, you should conduct some interviews to find out more about possible internship sites. You may also want to conduct interviews before giving your speech.

I you are doing a speech on the Amazon River, you may want to interview Dr. Hayes-Bohanan in the Geography Department.

If you want to do a speech on the use of computers in education, you may want to consult Professor Sutherland in Mathematics. The College is full of people who are experts in their chosen fields; they make excellent resources for your speech!
