Assignment:

Create on tracing paper an orthographic projection of the following object in 1/2"=1’-0" scale, including:

• Three views, properly oriented and related to each other
• Complete dimensions and notes
• Title block

You will be graded on completeness and correctness, accuracy and precision, adherence to standards, neatness, and submission on time.

The Object:

A stair platform unit:

• 5’-0" high, 6’-0" wide, and 6’-0" deep.
• Each of four steps is 3’-0" wide, 1’-0" high, and 1’-0" deep.
• A top step is 3’-0" wide, 1’-0" high, and 2’-0" deep.
• The platform area is 3’-0" wide, 5’-0" high, and 6’0" deep.
• You need to make no indication of construction or materials.

If time is available, you should also complete an isomorphic projection in a scale of 1/4"=1’-0".
